When I click on a database, I don't get the Dowling login screen.

The database links will send you through our proxy server which will connect you to a database after verifying your name and barcode number. If you get a screen asking for a password or account number, you are not going through our proxy server and will not be able to get access using your Dowling ID.

Solutions

  1. Make sure you are linking to the database from our A-Z list or our Subject list.
  2. If you are and still cannot connect, our links may need to be updated. Please report the problem to the Digital Resources librarian.
