On this episode, Dr. Richard Walter interviews recent Dowling graduate Mary Kelly on her doctoral research into the IBM Change Toolkit. Dr. Kelly's dissertation was The relationship between school leaders' perceptions of High Involvement Model characteristics in their organizations and their attitudes towards the use of the Change Toolkit to facilitate organizational change.

Dr. Rich Bernato joins the conversation as they discuss what the high involvement model entails and how online resources like the Toolkit can help school leaders prepare for today's rapidly changing educational environment.
