World Aircraft Accident Summary
This database was created by the FAA through a license agreement with Airclaims, Ltd. The print publication, World Aircraft Accident Summary (WAAS), provides brief details of all known major operational accidents to jet and turboprop aircraft and helicopters and the larger piston-engined types worldwide. This database provides a subset of that data and focuses on all known fatal airline accidents with passenger fatalities over the past ten years.
