At times, a user may choose to share their email address to receive extended help. Chat session transcripts are saved to analyze the amount and types of questions that are being asked. This helps us to determine appropriate staffing, as well as determinig new information to add to our help pages. If you would like to have the record of your chat session deleted, please contact Laura Pope Robbins and give her the date and exact start time of your chat session.
