How do I get a dissertation?

Dissertations are extremely hard to get. In many cases, only the library at the University or College where it was written has a copy. In those instances, it is not allowed to circulate.

Though we will attempt to borrow it, you have other options:

  1. Check ProQuest Dissertations & Theses for dissertations in the Humanities & Social Science. It provides free full text of most dissertations in those fields since 1997.
  2. Order it from ProQuest. If you have the dissertation number, you can order it directly using Dissertations Express.
