An organization to honor colonial-era women and their contributions to America. Founded by lLucy Pritchard Sawyer Thompson.

Lucy planned on having the Headquarters of this organization in the “Gables” also known as the Vanderbilt Laundry House. This House was located just outside of the Idle Hour Artist Colony. Lucy planned a school, library, art gallery and living quarters inside this building.
